We stand behind every HELIFOUNDRY kit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a free replacement.
How to start a return
Email us at support@helifoundry.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- Damaged or defective items are replaced free of charge — in most cases a photo is enough and no return shipment is needed.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
